At Vissla, we stand behind the quality of our surf gear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and wetsuits are packed flat to avoid creasing.

• 4.
  Process & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
